Before I went live for Unfuckwithable 101 this week, my anxiety went full throttle. That tight chest, racing thoughts, “what if I forget everything I was going to say?” moment.
Old me would’ve hidden it, smiled through it and pretended I was fine.
Done Era me? I said it out loud.
Because being unfuckwithable isn’t about being fearless.
It’s about staying solid even when your hands are shaking.
We went deep in that session, tears, laughter, and plenty of truth bombs. We talked about where we still shrink to keep the peace, whose opinions carry too much weight, and what promises we’re finally ready to keep to ourselves.
